Learn More About Print ….
The methods we use are vinyl prints and digital transfer. Your design will dictate which method is used as vinyl printing is more suited to large block colour designs whereas the digital transfer method is similar to DTG as it can print very intricate designs that have a lot of detail on them. They both use heat and pressure to adhere the image into the garment fabric leaving a high quality soft and flexible image that if cared for properly is extremely colour fast and durable. You design will however only be as good as the image you provide so for all our printing methods we recommend that images are provided in high quality files preferably 300 DPI (dots per inch) but at least 120 for a decent t shirt print.
Care: Wash inside out at temperatures no more than 40 degrees less if the garment requires it. Iron inside out and do not expose to direct heat or tumble dry.
Learn More About Embroidery ….
Coloured embroidery threads and specialised machines are used to make stitches in the garment creating designs that have been pre-programmed into the machines. Image files are converted into blocks of coloured stitches to replicate the design in the image. The embroidery machines then read these files to stitch out the design directly onto the garment. It produces a very high quality finish that looks professional and is extremely durable so is extremely popular for workwear. As the digitisation has to be created manually a one off set up fee of £15.00 per design normally applies and colours are limited to 10.
Care: Wash as per the garment instructions.
